In an event your item is defective, we will gladly replace your order at our expense, including shipping fees within 5 business days of you receiving your order. To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our preferred method of shipping is USPS. Delivery times can vary, depending on what part of the world you live in. Standard U.S. shipping should take 3-7 business days. Priority Shipping should take 1-3 business days (as per the USPS). We are not responsible for shipping delays. If you are shipping an item over $75 or anywhere outside the United States, you should consider using a shipping insurance as we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost shipments. If you entered an incorrect shipping address and your package is ultimately deemed undeliverable, your order may be delayed. If your item is returned to us, you are responsible for additional shipping. To complete your transaction, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is too large or too small, we gladly accept exchanges. There is a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for additional shipping, to and from our facility. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you or proceed with your exchange. We will also notify you if we reject your refund.
